Strengths: We work together well and collaborate on the team RAPS.
Improvement: Individually we should be more successful and prepared on our own RAPS. We will accomlish this goal by individually posting PowerPoints before each chapter RAP onto the Wiki. Hopefully by doing this, we can learn on our own by synthesizing information from the chapter and we can learn from other team members by looking at and studying the other PowerPoints.
